THE roads and rails in Surrey are clear this morning as commuters begin the trip to work.
Southern Rail and First Great Western are both reporting no problems on the lines.
On the M25, traffic is slow clockwise at Leatherhead , junction 9, and there are slight delays building on the M23/A23 interchange at Hooley.
