A CHRISTMAS concert spread festive cheer at Fetcham Village Hall. Mole Veterans Brass Band, led by musical director Alec Warne, played a selection of seasonal music and favourites.
The concert was compered by Pamela Morgan, who provided information on the pieces and their composers, and John Burrows-Watson led the audience in singing carols.
Band secretary John Cook said: "Finally, the band struck up We Wish You A Merry Christmas to round off an entertaining and successful afternoon's music."
The concert took place on December 20 and the band's next concert will be at the Letherhead Institute on February 22 at 2pm.
The musicians are largely retired and so are available for midweek concerts.
They rehearse on Thursdays from 4.30 to 6.30pm in the Fetcham Reading Room.
